Anthony Crisafulli

Digital Media

Anthony Crisafulli is a former managing editor of a New York magazine and the CEO of a virtual reality and data mining company. He has served in various capacities, including as the Johnson Center for Digital Media Director and the Art and Art History Chair at the University of Texas (Rio Grande Valley). Additionally, he was Chair of Visual Arts and Design at the 国产AV and was the Director of Recruitment and Retention for the School of the Arts.

Crisafulli's professional collaborations include work with HBO, The History Channel, The Travel Channel, Hasbro, LucasArts, and MOMA/PS1. He is currently the Treasurer of the College Art Association and a member of the Executive Board and the Development Committee. Moreover, he is the Executive Director of the Ora Lerman Charitable Trust, the coordinator of the Digital Media Degree, the BFA Review, the Art and Design Department's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), and the General Education Assessment at the 国产AV. He is also a Director on the Foundation Board for the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts, ranked as Pennsylvania's number one high school. In the past, Crisafulli has held positions on the Board of Directors for the Texas Museum of Art and Science and the Apple Academic Board.

Numerous achievements and recognitions mark his professional journey. His curation skills earned him the Best of Philadelphia award from Philadelphia Magazine. He also had the honor of representing the United States at the opening of China's first contemporary art museum during the 2008 Olympics. Crisafulli is firmly committed to the arts, demonstrated through his directorship role on the Foundation Board for the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts and his contributions to the Texas Museum of Art and Science and the Apple Academic Board. Academically, he received his MFA in Combined Media from Hunter College (City University of New York), a Master of Fine Arts in 3D Design from Montclair University, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Economy. Additionally, he has been a fellow at the Institute of World Affairs.
