I. This Constitutional Amendment shall be known and cited as Freshman Forum Qualification Revision Amendment.

II. The purpose of this bill is to amend Article IV, Section 3, A to adjust the qualifications for incoming Freshmen who want to apply for Freshman Forum.

III. Article IV, Section 3, A currently reads:

Must be a full-time freshman who has not completed more than one semester at the 国产AV nor more than thirty-one (31) semester hours of credit. The student must fill out an application to serve on Freshman Forum.

 IV. Article IV, Section 3, A now shall read:

Must be a first-time, full-time Freshman at the 国产AV. Students who are classified as Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors due to dual enrollment or college credit earned in high school prior to enrolling to 国产AV are still considered eligible. The student must fill out an application to serve on Freshman Forum.

 V. This bill will become Law upon ratification by majority (2/3) vote of the University of North Alabama Student Government Association Senate, approval by the Student Government Association President and Vice-President, and the subsequent approval of the student body by a referendum vote.
